Chairman and Co-Founder

Peter V. Sperling is Chairman and co-founder of FuzeBox, Inc., formerly CallWave. Sperling is also a founder, Senior Vice President, executive committee member and board member of the Apollo Group, Inc., (NASDAQ: APOL) the parent company of the University of Phoenix, the largest private university in the U.S. Sperling is also the Chairman and a founder of Communication Services, Inc., a Phoenix, AZ-based full-service communication engineering and construction firm serving the U.S. Coast Guard, FBI, Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. commercial wireless industry. In addition, Sperling is Chairman of Ecliptic Enterprises, a Pasadena, CA-based provider of integrated space imaging and telemetry and payload deployment systems for NASA, JPL, the NRO and the commercial satellite industry, and he is also a principal in Daedalus Real Estate Advisors, a developer of commercial office and industrial property.

Mr. Sperling earned a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, at Santa Barbara.

Jeff Cavins is a technology veteran with over 22 years of senior-level experience in emerging growth technology, software, Internet, and digital media companies. Prior to FuzeBox, Mr. Cavins served as President and CEO of Loudeye Corporation (NASDAQ: LOUD), a global leader in digital media distribution technology, which was subsequently acquired by Nokia. During his tenure, he expanded the company globally, developed strategic partnerships with such companies as Microsoft, Nokia, and Virgin, and grew shareholder value by over 1700 percent.

Mr. Cavins served as a Venture Advisor at Azure Capital Partners in San Francisco, and as Senior Vice President for Exodus Communications, a leading managed hosting and interactive web services company, he was responsible for over $1.3 billion dollars in revenue, 1,900 employees and strategic partnerships with such industry leaders as Google, Yahoo!, Ebay and MSN. Prior to that, Mr. Cavins served as President and CEO of CSI Digital, an advanced technology software company developing visual effects technologies for the TV and Film Industries. CSI Digital was recognized by Inc. Magazine in 2007, as the 100th fastest growing private company in America and in the same year, it won first place in the first ever Deloitte and Touche Fast-50 Program. Prior to CSI, he spent nearly a decade in the Broadcast Division of Sony Corporation in sales management and engineering roles. Mr. Cavins designed and developed the first Instant Replay system for the NFL and led the NFL's migration from video to film for game day analysis.

Mr. Cavins is a member of the Board of Directors for FuzeBox. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Human BioMolecular Research Institute in San Diego and an investor in Jelli Radio, located in San Mateo, California.

Ritesh Bansal

Bansal brings a rich background in application, software services and mobile device development. With an engineering career including positions at CitiBank and Oracle, Bansal went on to lead a development team at Kivera, a location-based technology solutions company in the San Francisco Bay area. At Kivera, he was responsible for all engineering and development, where his team built real-time traffic systems, navigation and mapping services and social networking applications for mobile devices, such as "Friend Finder" for mobile. Bansal was recruited from Kivera to head the Engineering department at TalkPlus in Mountain View, CA. Bansal earned his engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai, India.
